The philosophy of the Beccacino restaurant team is that of a very familiar business where human relationships are a fundamental component. The kitchen Brigade has five members who, under the guidance of the Chef, grow and improve their technique with passion. For the staff in the dining room, the stimulus is to always put guests at ease with the kindness and hospitality that distinguish us.

"Mine was like an unconscious challenge. I grew up with my grandfather who was a fisherman, like me. I lived in a peasant reality, fascinating that I still carry inside, but something was tight. most incredible adventure of my life"

Romeo is a passionate fisherman, he loves to find peace in the early morning, perhaps on a day when the scighera covers the boundaries of the lake's water. With his grandfather he learned wisdom and gained great experience on the boat. At the age of 14 he enrolled in the hotel school. His only goal was to learn the trade as soon as possible, on the field, getting his hands dirty, even more than he had been able to do up to that moment.

After leaving the school, Romeo immediately began his journey by gaining experiences in Italy and nearby Switzerland. Today, he continuously deepens his interest in territorial and sea cuisine by learning to work the fish of the Mediterranean and learning the most suitable cooking techniques for each fish species.

Every day he goes out on a boat to fish, continuing to follow the tradition of laghée fishermen like his father and grandfather before him.

Every year he attends updating courses and research collaborations with fellow renowned chefs from which to learn and draw inspiration for his cuisine.

Her role is fundamental in the management and organization of the restaurant. In love with good food, she puts her creative mind at the team's disposal to explore new combinations and ingredients that transform the Beccaccino menu. 2nd Level Sommelier her good taste is expressed at its best in the wine list and in the study of colorful and always attractive dishes.

Her feminine touch is also fundamental in the attention to details during special and non-special events, which is why she takes great care of guests who want to experience their special event here.
